Shipping
Greeno strives to ship all orders in a timely manner. We are a
manufacturing company, so occasionally we will have a small
inventory on an item which means we will have to fabricate that
item before shipment. We recommend that you order in advance if
at all possible to prevent rush ordering and delays in shipment.
We ship Fed Ex, we ship ground unless you ask for expedited service
Ordering custom made products
We will manufacture custom products made to your specifications.
These items are non - returnable and will require extra time to fabricate
Returns
We accept returns on catalog items only, and within 90 days.
There is no restocking fees, and no return authorization is needed.
